I thought it would be useful to break away from all the GUI-goodness and offer up a few command line tips and tricks.

Microsoft has released four new themes for their latest operating system Windows 7 . Some users who have not made the switch yet might be wondering how it can be that Microsoft seems to be pumping out themes for that operating system but supported their operating system in years with only a handful. Two aspects play a role.

Computer users sometimes run into situations where they won’t or can’t use a computer mouse. Think of a netbook or notebook for instance. Those computer without a computer mouse most of the time and the touchpad replacement or substitute sometimes does not really cut it

Only a few file compression programs have been constantly at the top of the crowd for the last ten years and WinRAR is without doubt one of them. WinRAR has evolved in that time and is now able to not only handle rar files but also other compression formats like zip, 7z, gz, lzh, cab or iso which makes it an all around tool for file compression needs.

One of the features that I personally like in Microsoft’s latest operating system Windows 7 is the ability to save themes to the local computer system so that they can be shared with family, friends and other Windows 7 users from around the world. The theme creation is in fact that easy that it usually does not take longer than a few minutes to create a personalized theme.
