This company was established in 1992 by Rimbunan Hijau Group to produce optical fibers, optical cables and associated passive devices, active devices and accessories in Malaysia. This company also acquire Network Facility Provider, Network Service Provider and Application Service Provider License. Optical Communication Engineering Sdn.
