I was bore with my fix wallpaper and always change it everyday. Now there are 4 free wallpaper changer to help me out on this process. They can change the wallpaper automatically and one of them can interact with the online services it makes use of currently are Flickr, Phanfare, SmugMug, Picasa, Facebook and Yahoo. Here are the list of the softwares:

Cyber-D’s Wallpaper Shifter 7

Wallpaper Shifter is a little program that starts when you login to Windows and picks a random wallpaper from your list. Depending on the wallpaper width and height, it can automagically scale it for you to fit your desktop without deforming it’s proportions. It does not remain running in the background so no system resources are used.

ScrollWall 1.2

ScrollWall is a very simple tool by which your desktop wallpaper can be changed automatically after every fixed time interval in sec, minutes or hours. You can also set it to change the desktop wallpaper at every startup. The set of wallpapers can be selected by you, from your computer and this set can be modified whenever you want.

WebWallpaper

WebWallpaper allows you to customize and manage your desktop background. It periodically downloads the newest/latest image from any Webcam or any specified Url on the Internet, stores it to a file on your hard disk and sets it as current wallpaper (desktop background). Webcam-urls and hd-file-paths are stored in a list.

John’s Background Switcher

John’s Background Switcher is highly configurable. If you open the advanced settings you can configure pretty much everything. Selecting a minimum width for images, stopping image switching when running specific applications and a hotkey for immediate changes of the wallpaper are only three of the manifold options.
