The words in the signboard:
"DEWAN BANDARAYA KUALA LUMPUR
KAWASAN HIJAU / SIMPANAN POKOK
DI LARANG MENJALANKAN SEBARANG AKTIVITI DI KAWASAN INI
PENCEROBOH AKAN DI DAKWA"

The weather in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is very hot and high temperature. It is because there are a lot of gas that put out from vehicles that polluted the ozone. Carbon dioxide - A colorless, odorless, incombustible gas, CO2, formed during respiration, combustion, and organic decomposition and used in food refrigeration, carbonated beverages, inert atmospheres, fire extinguishers, and aerosols. Besides that, carbon dioxide is a heavy gas so it trap between ozone and earth. By the way, the infrared generated from sun arrives to the surface of earth will rebound but been traped by carbon dioxide. The infrared will rebound between carbon dioxide and the earth will cause the temperature of the earth become higher.

I saw this signboard at Jalan Genting Kelang of Kuala Lumpur and found that it is very strange. The signboard asked us do not destroy reserve forest but there are trees that have been chop down all around the signboard. What can government pernalize for the activity that have been done by themselves? Is is cacth the person who chop the trees or close down the related department of government?

Who is going to responsible for the activity which shown in the picture?
